I have been stitching large projects, but I took a break to pick up a small project.
Design by Heartstring Samplery - Forget Me Not.
From The Gift of Stitching Magazine, Issue 71 March/April 2012.
Stitched on 40 count Newcastle Pearl Grey linen with Weeks Dye Works and DMC floss. The lace is hand dyed by me, is more like a dusty rose colour.
I really love the flowers!

This is so lovely, Lili. And thanks for he information about where to find it. I once received this little piece from a friend finished as a flatfold. But it’s definitely worth owning this design, it makes a wonderful gift. And fortunately I still have all the issues of the Gift of Stitching.
