Hello!
I hope you’re not tired of Christmas!
My first finish for the new year!
A free design by Plum Street Samplers – Sunday Mystery Sampler / 12 Days of Christmas.
Stitched on Picture This Plus, 36 count Wren Edinburgh Linen with DMC, Weeks Dye Works and The Gentle Art threads.
I picked some of my favourite colours, like the red – cranberry and the green – bullfrog. Since I had some requests about the colours that I used, here is my thread list:
DMC 310
Weeks Dye works – 2202 Bullfrog
The Gentle Art: Sampler Threads – 0360 Cranberry
The Gentle Art: Sampler Threads – 0420 Gold Leaf
The Gentle Art: Sampler Threads – 0630 Peach Ice Cream
The Gentle Art: Simply Shaker- 7013 Green Apple
If you want to stitch this piece use your favourite Christmas colours, you can also take a look at the Just Cross Stitch July/August 2011 and Just Cross Stitch Magazine 2012 – Christmas Ornament Preview, the first and second day are on the magazine and you will be abble to see the colours used. I did the first and second day into ornaments and I stiched both with the recommend DMC colours.
Have a wonderful day! Happy stitching,
Lili
