Hello!
Two of my Fall projects.
The first one is Jack!
Model by Teresa’s Primitive Treasures – Jack.
This design is from the magazine Punch Needle & Primitive Stitcher Magazine 2017 Fall Issue.
Stitched on 40 count flax linen with DMC floss.
It’s a flat ornament mounted on a memo board.
The second one is a witch…
Model by The Primitive Hare – May the Witches.
Design from the magazine Punch Needle & Primitive Stitcher Magazine 2017 Fall Issue.
Stitched on 40 count Caramel linen (hand dyed by me) with DMC and Barbaral Creations floss.
It’s a normal pin pillow…but it looks different from the original model, since I changed some colours, like the colour of the broom.
The two pieces together:
Thanks for stopping by!!
Happy stitching,
Lili, I just love Jack and how you finished him. That is such a clever finish. I love the board that you put him on and the trim around the stitch is perfect. I also love your witch. She is darling. Great Halloween stitches and such great finishes and hand dyeing too. RJ
Hi Lili! Both of your newest fall projects are so cute–really like the finish on the memo board… And good for you for dyeing your own fabric–it looks great! I have never tried to dye anything myself so far 🙂
Enjoy your day!
Carol
I think the not being able to see your photos problem is with me Lilli,as others have commented. Hopefully I can see them on IG x
Lili, Both of these stitches are fantastic, I love how you finished Jack on the board, the trim and the gingham ribbon really makes it pop! Such an adorable pattern.
And the witch is too cute!! I’m so impressed with your dying of the fabric too. Great display with both these sweet stitches. Mary
Both are beautiful but my favourite is Jack’s pattern and finishing
Yay I can see your pictures😊 it was our broadband provider, being rather cautious with website security! They are both lovely,my favourite is your Witch.
Love them both Lili but Jack is simply adorable!
Congrats on finishing two great fall pieces.
What nice fall finishes! Very cute!
Lili, both projects are wonderful, particularly the little witch. I have a weak spot for witches, it seems. It’s admirable to see how you always fully finish your projects once they are stitched. You are so much kore organized than me, sigh.
Lovely work. I really like the witch.
