Last year I stitched a part of this design for the Halloween SAL. So this year I decided work on a large piece for the Hallowe’en Ornie SAL 2017 , my choice is this piece by Barbara Ana Designs and try to fit the monthly themes.
So there is my progress:
Design by Barbara Ana Designs – Halloween, The Moon Laughs.
Stitched on 36 count linen Peach’n Cream (hand dyed by me) with DMC floss.
And now my Christmas April ornament for the “Christmas Ornie SAL 2017”
Month theme is Snowy Scenes.
Design by Dames of the Needle – Winter Friends. The pattern is from the Just Cross Stitch Magazine Special Christmas Issue 2015.
Stitched on 40 count lune argentée linen with DMC floss.
Thanks for visiting! See you soon! Happy stitching,
Hi Lili! Your witch is the cutest…lots of work for this one. And your Christmas stitch is so sweet. You chose two great patterns and your stitching is perfect. Love both of them. RJ
This is going to be so cool.
That fabric is awesome.
Great ornament too.
I love your Halloween stitch, I’m working on a Halloween stitch now also for my niece that was born on Oct 31 who loves everything Halloween, I have to add The Moon Laughs to my list for her. YOu are making great progress!!!
The Christmas stitch is so sweet too!! Mary
Two great designs for the SALs. I love your witch on her broomstick.
What a fun piece, Lili! Just love all the little Halloween motifs 🙂 And what a pretty Christmas ornament. You are doing so well at keeping up with your monthly ornament stitching. I finally began my May one this morning, but still haven’t done the finishing on March’s or April’s!
Hope you have a lovely, stitch-filled weekend!
